Proxies for web scraping.
A scraper sends a lot of requests, and sites slow down or block a single address that sends too many. A proxy lets the requests leave from other addresses.
Why use proxies
Spread the load
Requests come from many addresses instead of one, so no single address stands out.
Ordinary-looking traffic
Residential and ISP addresses belong to real network providers, not to a data center.
Finish sooner
A faster package moves more data per second, so a big crawl ends earlier.
Choosing a package
Unlimited or by the GB
Not sure how much data you will pull? Take unlimited. Know it, and it is small? By the GB costs less.
Speed
100 Mbps covers most steady crawls. Go to 400 Mbps or more when time is tight.
Days
One or seven days for a single job. Thirty days for collection that keeps running.

Questions
How do I know how many GB I need?
Run a small test and read the usage. Pages with images and scripts weigh far more than plain text, so measure your own targets.
Residential or ISP?
Residential is the usual choice for public sites. ISP gives steadier, faster sessions. Both come with no bandwidth cap.
Is scraping allowed?
It depends on the site, the data and where you work. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to you, and our Acceptable Use Policy applies to every order.
