Terms of Service

JetProxies sells proxy access in packages. Each package has a product line, a price and, where it applies, a bandwidth amount, a speed and a duration. The details shown on the package are the details you buy.

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You must be an adult in your country to buy from us.

• All prices are in US dollars. The price on the package is the price charged.
• An order is for one package. Payment is credited to your balance, and the package price is then taken from that balance.
• If your balance cannot cover the price, the order does not start and your deposit stays on your balance.
• We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a package you have already bought.

Access is added to your account after your order is completed. The duration of a package starts when the order is completed. If delivery is delayed, the order stays in processing until it is done. A package with no duration has no end date.

You must use our proxies lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our service runs on upstream proxy networks, so our suppliers' acceptable use rules apply to you too. You must not use our proxies to:

• Break any law or regulation that applies to you or to the target.
• Send spam, distribute malware or run phishing or fraud.
• Attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Harm, harass or exploit other people, including any content involving minors.
• Resell or share your access in a way we have not agreed to.

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we believe your use puts the service or other people at risk. We may also end the service for a customer where we are required to by law or by our upstream providers.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Speeds and availability can vary and depend on factors outside our control, including the networks and websites you connect through.

All sales are final. Duration and unlimited packages are never refundable. The full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, JetProxies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
