Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

Our proxies are built for legitimate work, and this policy keeps the network clean and fast for everyone. It applies to every JetProxies customer and is part of our Terms of Service. Because our service runs on upstream proxy networks, our suppliers' own rules apply as well, and you agree to follow them.

What our proxies are for

Lawful uses such as:

  • Collecting publicly available web data.
  • Price, ad and search-result verification, and SEO monitoring.
  • Brand protection and trademark monitoring.
  • Testing how websites and apps look and work in different locations.
  • Authorized security research, where you have permission from the system owner.
  • Protecting your privacy online.

Illegal activity

You must not use our proxies for anything that is a crime or a civil wrong where you are, where the target is, or where the traffic passes through. This includes:

  • Fraud, theft, extortion, money laundering and identity theft.
  • Buying or selling illegal goods or services.
  • Getting around sanctions or export controls.
  • Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children. We have zero tolerance for this. We will end access at once and report it to the authorities.

Harmful conduct

  • Spam, phishing, scams and fake or bulk account creation.
  • Credential stuffing, account takeover and brute-force attacks.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware or other malicious code.
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing and threats.
  • Ticket, sneaker or inventory hoarding that breaks a site's rules or the law.

Attacks and abuse of systems

  • DDoS attacks or any traffic meant to overload a service.
  • Port scanning, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without authorization.
  • Getting around rate limits, authentication or access controls you are not allowed to bypass.
  • Anything that harms the JetProxies network or other customers, including sending traffic at a rate that degrades the service.

Data and scraping

  • Only collect personal data when you have a lawful basis to do so under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
  • Do not scrape sites that forbid automated access in their robots.txt file or terms, and do not collect data behind a login you have no right to use.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the data you collect and how you use it.

Sharing and resale

Your access is for you or your own business. Do not resell, sublicense or share it with others, and do not use it to build a competing proxy service, unless we have agreed to it in writing. Do not reverse engineer our service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for all traffic sent through your account, including traffic from anyone you give your credentials to. Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may investigate suspected violations and, where the law allows, work with the authorities and our suppliers. Depending on how serious the problem is, we may warn you, slow down or suspend your access, or end your account. Packages that are ended for breaking this policy are not refunded, and any balance on the account may be forfeited. In serious cases we may report the activity to law enforcement and take legal action.

If you think our proxies are being used to break this policy, please tell us. You can reach us on Discord or Telegram. The links are in the footer of every page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated policy.
